Process Serving

Our instructions can be received by post, electronically or in person and we offer international coverage. Our service includes the personal collection of the said court documents from either your office or the court, the service of the documents, and the sworn affidavit of service attached to a written report of our actions and that of the respondent. Our firm has worked within the Family Law Circuit for the last 10years, in which time we have assisted in every conceivable situation and taken instructions from clients that has meant that our people have had to go that extra mile to effect service. Our firm fully understands the necessity to complete your instructions as soon as possible. Our firm accepts instructions from individuals as well as legal firms, and cases funded by Legal Aid.
